I tried Cymbalta, Gabapentin, Lyrica and nothing helps. It started in my feet and moved up.

Jumping in. In the morning, I take duloxitine (Cymbalta) with my gabapentin. I get some relief into the later part of the afternoon and then my gabapentin alone at bedtime helps me get to sleep. On bad nights I will also take one extra strength Tylenol which helps me stay asleep. Wish we had real answers.
