You'll notice that I removed the patient portal results that you had attached. It's best not to share personal identifying information like full name, patient number, address, etc on a public platform like this one. A stereotactic breast biopsy is a procedure that uses mammography to precisely identify and biopsy an abnormality within the breast. This technique helps ensure that the area that is biopsied is the exact area where the abnormality was seen. "Stereo" refers to the fact that they use two images taken from slightly different angles of the same location.
