Thanks for your reply and suggestion.

Regarding costchronditis - I don't believe I have it because whatever I have doesn't respond to Advil, Motrin or any other OTC pain relievers.

None respond to OTC pain relievers either. Terrible. I use my iPad & try to keep moving when I can
