I would advise you to call your doctor as we share health and wellness concerns and are not the best resources for giving medication or medical advice.

Too much vs too little Ca is a good question for a doctor…sorry to hear.
Calcium ascorbate doesn't have a whole lot of calcium in it-- it is mostly 'ascorbate'. Have you found another vitamin to take instead? Have you cut out dairy? Good for you for being vigilant and looking out for what is in your supplements! Did you find someone who wants your unused vitamins? Maybe just hand them to a homeless person if there are many in your area (there are here where I am, because the climate allows it).
I have always taken vitamins but I got lyme disease and things changed. cholesterol got elevated and calcium buildup in arteries were detected when they did a calcium check. It also changed my blood pressure.
Wow, I didn't know that. I did a quick search and saw one site saying that Lyme can impact cholesterol because of changes in the liver. Thanks for the education. I'm counting my blessings now.
good luck
