Thank you again for all that information. The reason I'm not taking Anastrozole is that my mom and her four sisters got dementia in later life, and I read a report from the Pittsburgh Cancer Institute between 2005-2012 saying that it caused a decline in Cognitive Function. So, that's the reason I don't want to take a chance on that! Good luck going forward - good to know about the risk reduction with the radiation.

Looks like you have a good plan. The treatment is individual, you must to choose what is the best for you. It can be radiation and endocrine therapy together, can be just one of them. The outcome of all the combinations is pretty similar, what I learn from my doctor. It is important the tumor is not big and lymphonodes are negative. Good luck with your treatment!
