The reason I'm not taking Anastrozole is that my mom and her four sisters got dementia in later life, and I read a report from the Pittsburgh Cancer Institute between 2005-2012 saying that it caused a decline in Cognitive Function. So, that's the reason I don't want to take a chance on that! Good luck going forward - good to know about the risk reduction with the radiation.
