Thank you for that response. I did some checking on Anastrozole Therapy and found that there was an article by the University of Pittsburgh, funded by the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health, about Cognitive Function. They said there was a decline during the first 6 months of this Therapy. An improvement from 6-12 months. But another decline from 12-18 months in working memory and deterioration in concentration. Now as my mother and her four sisters all had dementia around the ages of 75-85, I decided not to take this Anastrozole Therapy.
On the topic of Radiation, I was unsure how to proceed. I had read if your tumor is very small - 2mm -clear margins and no lymph node involvement, you might not have to have surgery, but to 'watch and wait' - having a yearly Mammogram, and checkups with your Doctor and Oncologist. I already had the surgery, so thought I could also go the same route. If the cancer comes back, I can have the Radiation then, because you can only have Radiation once on the same Breast, is what I understand. Otherwise, I would have to have a Mastectomy.

Good luck with your choice— sounds like you have carefully chosen your path. Doctors tell me i probably will need radiation since they suspect lymph involvement; small tumor so maybe no chemo/ biological/etc. waiting….
