I’ve been doing 3 to 3.5 mph on my treadmill four days a week for 40 minutes since January and I’ve actually gained 10 pounds. Crazy

I had similar experience! I normally weight train 5 times a week and do 45min. cardio twice a week. In Feb I added 30min. on a training bike 5 times per week, not changed anything in my diet or daily steps (keep track of both), kept up with my regular gym & cardio routine…. And put on weight! That’s really frustrating 🙁
