Due to the medicines I have lost strength
I plan/want to start s gym soon

I may have messed up and already answered rhis. But what the heck: I've lost strength, a big concern for me now is the Prednisone I'm taking. I just makes me hungry, do you have this issue and if so what are you doing to combat it.
