Have you tried magnesium ? Not magnesium oxide. That is for constipation. And eat roasted unsalted almonds ( magnesium in those). I need I significant amount of magnesium to keep my muscles relaxed.

Magnesium glycinate works well for me. Taking it late in the day also helps with relaxation.
