Hi Teresa @hopeful33250, and other folks. I wanted to stop by and say hello because in the last few days this forum and the conversations we've had come to my mind several times.
I am doing much better. My last fall was a month ago, but the struggle has been different as I am getting to know myself better. Writing and discovering art as therapy are my key tools to identify and bring out what's inside me. Finally, I have identified my monster and it is easier to fight it.

Warm greetings to all

Hello @jonasd,

So good to hear from you again and to know that you are doing better! I appreciate you saying, "...I have identified my monster and it is easier to fight it."

Addictions can certainly be a result of unknown monsters, and I'm glad that you identified yours. It is good to know that writing and art therapy have been helpful to you.

Recovery can be a process. It is encouraging to know that you are still involved in the process! Will you share as you continue on this journey?

Pornography truly is a monster it's been around for ages they found pornography Engravings in Ruins that are thousands of years old but today with computers and cell phones it's right at our fingertips but I think God the Lord Jesus Christ delivered me from it that's all I can say he just delivered me from it and I thank him to this day God bless you praying for you all
