You got me with that reply. I had a vague recollection about this study. Having a litle background in scientific knowledge, I had to find out. You caught it. See this quote from Harvrd Medical School about the study: "Upon publication, a number of leading voices in nutrition science and policy took issue with the study’s methodology and claimed its authors, who have formed a group called NutriRECS, did not disclose ties with AgriLife Research, an arm of Texas A&M University that is partially funded by the beef industry." https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/whats-the-beef-with-red-meat
