Very wise advice, Sue. I am, and have been, following many of your suggestions, i.e. diet, exercise, no smoking, etc. Since MAC is new to me, I am still struggling getting my hear around it and the lifestyle change/s. I have faith I will adjust soon. I feel fortunate to have found this Mayo Clinic site! Thank you to everyone!
Morning Sue,
THis is off topic but looked for your name on this site. I am no longer receiving my emails about MAC and bronchiectasis. Is there somewhere I need to click on something to start bringing them in to my email? Thanks so much.
Gail

tiring easily.
Thank you for your words of encouragement !

Thank u Sue for your positive approach to staying well. I’ve had Bronchiectasis for many yrs .I did yoga, tennis and p/b until I developed Abscesses about 3yrs ago. I chose not to do IV therapy n 3 different drugs. I continued my activities but now having some SOB .I can play tennis n do yoga. I do Formoteral inhalation once a day but continue with SOB.
I keep a positive attitude but feel so frustrated at times.
