Which device (company) did your doctor use, i.e., Boston Scientific , Abbott, HFX (Nevro), Medtronic.? Did the trial and permanent implant reduce your pain by 70%?

Boston Scientific I wouldn’t live without it. Mine was done in Chicago at Northwestern. One dr does them.
