Any treatments for rebound COVID?

I mentioned in a previous comment that I also took Paxlovid and ended up rebounding again..the way I heard it was that rebounding was due to only taking Paxlovid for five days, to work effectively you have to take it at least two weeks but at the time it was only approved for five days… today it’s fully approved and you can take it longer. I wasn’t given any instructions when I rebounded, I basically just went through the whole thing again and waited for a negative test, eventually it all went away except for some lingering symptoms.

Apparently that news hasn't arrived yet in New Mexico! Maybe the Pony Express rider got ambushed! We were only given Paxlovid for five days. I haven't rebounded, at least not yet, just my wife.
