Do I understand you to say you have been taking Prolia for 8 years based on a DX of osteropenia?

When you say that your most recent bone density scan "declined by -2," could you please share the actual reading?

I agree with you. I'd like to know why she's been on Prolia for 8 years. My rheumatologist wants to start me on Prolia for only one year.

I started Prolia because I had Osteoporosis in my hip not Osteopenia. I don't have the actual reading from my last Bone Density Scan but the Dr. will do another Bone Density in a year (I will continue with Prolia until then). If no improvement or more decline he will try something else. Prolia has helped me go from Osteoporosis to Osteopenia in the past but then I had this bump in the road.
