As I approach 50 soon, I find things about my body and health are challenging. I never knew it could be this difficult. Is anyone else having issues?

Sorry to hear! Let’s live each day as if it is our last…that’s the idea. We all have birthdays BUT don’t know our expiry date…Thank you national doctors day for all that you provide to us all‼️gratefully, Marianne

I will say that you’re not in this alone. Where do you think the phrase, “getting old isn’t for the weak” came from? Hang in there and be sure to keep fit and active (mentally and physically) by exercising regularly and staying involved in your life’s activities. Otherwise, these challenges of which you speak will be even more difficult to deal with. Hope this helps.

Sorry 2 B a “Debbie-downer”, but U ain’t seen nothin’ yet…..wait ‘til u turn 75! Keep exercising! Eliminate sugar! And go to a plants and vegetables diet; whole grains and nuts, too…. ! You will feel much better and you won’t here that from a doctor, either, but it works!

I am 86 and still feeling pretty good. I think it is because I discovered Qigong. Then during the pandemic I found ways to do Qigong on line. I go three days a week to live zoom classes and on off week days there are classes I can access on line and do them. I also have made friends in chat time after the zoom classes. Look at YouTube for classes.
