@efgh1020 - similar diagnosis for me and about 2 years ago, I noticed this weird twitching between knees and ankles...what the heck was that in my shins area? Leg would jump. Almost felt like an electric shock. Well, time to read up on that symptom which I did, mine has remained in same area below knees and also occurred later the day towards early evening. Yes, no pain but annoying.
