Regarding muscle cramping, twitching, seizures, I have similar symptoms & found that 500 mg of Magnesium supplement at night did help alot but not totally. I’m usually very skeptical of supplements but Magnesium is a basic chemical necessay for the body relative to bone & muscle functioning. If this suggestion helps some, great, if not I wish you the best in your search for something that does.

I found magnesium glycinate to be the most helpful form of magnesium at night.
