I have axonal, long fiber neuropathy, and I have twitching symptoms in my legs that sometimes reverberate throughout my body. This did not happen before the fairly rapid onset of my polyneuropathy.
I associate it with fatigue, later in the day, or at night. There is no pain, and it goes away quickly.

Okay, so that is your starting point for doing a Google search to learn more of what to expect. I have length-dependent SFN but my twitching is not in my face. And it comes and goes. The great thing about this forum is you can see how many other people have that twitching, without it being ALS. That’s reassuring for you!
