Is the B12 helping for memory problems too? I get monthly shots and taking vitamin B12 too ?

No, my memory is good. I am on a very low carb, no sugar diet and don’t take any prescriptions. My only medical problem has been the pain, tingling and burning in my feet after having Covid in 2021. I have never had the Covid shots.
