Welcome @twitt99707, It can be quite confusing and sometimes hard to understand medical terminology. I have no medical background or training but here is some information from Mayo Clinic that hopefully answers your question.

"What does left ventricular hypertrophy with repolarization abnormality mean?
Left ventricular hypertrophy is a thickening of the wall of the heart's main pumping chamber. This thickening may result in elevation of pressure within the heart and sometimes poor pumping action. The most common cause is high blood pressure."

I just had all the tests done . I can read the results when posted. Yes she said I need to get my BP down but didn’t explain it to me how she knew it was up. Thank you. I do have medical knowledge but had a mild stroke last year and a lot of reasoning is gone. You sure helped.
