I was taken for $1000 before I realized the guy didn’t really know how to test accurately and do the remediation. And I realized I didn’t know what I didn’t know and needed someone who could answer my questions. Michael Schrantz was recommended by my doctor and it was the best money I spent, about $350. The testing and remediation is costly. We had to replace our air ducts. Get our hvac tested and cleaned. Remove carpeting because mold spores are in it. It’s a process but necessary if you want to remain in your house.
