I use 7% and I have the same experience with my nose running as soon as I start nebulizing. I was beginning to think it might just be me, but now I know I'm not alone 🙂

Just started with mixing the .9% and the 7% saline, and I can tolerate the mix without any "side effects." Perhaps using the 7% right away is just too harsh and the body needs getting used to it.
