I had a procedure by a gastroenterologist with a scope down while under anesthesia. She said everything was clear.
Thanks for the suggestion to eliminate gluten.

Your gastroenterologist was thorough! They usually don't do a biopsy. Good that you can definitively rule out celiac. Gluten sensitivity is still possible though.
So sorry you are dealing with this mystery. It makes it so much harder when you don't know what it is or what precisely to do. Wishing you the best of luck in finding answers.
