I tried it twice, but my headache was worse after, so l did not continue. I am not claustrophobic, but if you are is something to consider.
I had this treatment for a bone edema a few yearas ago, and it has caused chronic dysfunction of my eustachian tubes (dizziness, clogged ears, tinnitus, difficulty travelling by plane/ fast trains, etc.), so I would be extra vigilant about any discomfort or pain in your ears during treatment. Good luck!!
I have Long Covid and often feel shortness of breath. The doctor from a functional medical center recommended this treatment to me and I just had once. Not very comfortable but I will try the second time next week.
Keep me posted. I hope it works well for you.
If you decide to go through this you got to somehow find the right person to guide you through it. There is a local specialist around me who works with a lot of my concussion clients and they get oxidative stress they get the bends it's just too many sessions too close together for too long. I wish I was an expert so I could guide them all I can do is tell them when they've overdone it.
