Are you doing vestibular therapy specifically? My PT has been working on my neck and back since my fusion in March 2022, and also muscle strengthening since January 2023 when all my other symptoms became debilitating. The doctor I saw yesterday suggested aquatic therapy as well as vestibular and balance therapy.

Was doing cervicogenic PT, but now I do more vestibular since I get the nausea & lightheadedness. She brings on nausea, then I lie down until I get back to baseline, then continue. She still works on my neck and I do balancing maneuvers. I feel terrible all the time. I am sorry for us.
