Hello @boosaw, Welcome to Connect. I'm not sure about the cold but I think what you are experiencing is pretty normal. I know that I felt a lot of fatigue following my knee replacement which I think was part of the recovery process. Here's a good explanation:

Have you discussed the fatigue with your doctor or surgeon to see if they have any suggestions?

Same here. I think that’s pretty normal after a major surgery. I didn’t have anesthetic (spinal block) & I was still fatigued for several week. As I recall, by about 6 weeks I still needed “rests” but not necessarily naps. Being back to work would have been difficult.
