Wouldn’t a long Poise pad work as well?

Probably would work just fine but I like not dealing with pads.

I have used the Aquaphor on top of the clobetasol ointment when I have a flair up and it really works!
Then I back off on the Clobetasol 2 x per week and keep using the Aquaphor daily around the anal area.
Seems to help
