I do think there is something to that, I have been in severe pain all winter, a dreary cold winter. This has gone on since mid October. Finally sunshine, went outside and laid in a lawn chair in the sun got up almost a new person, been out there every sunny day since. Is the pain all gone? No but can I walk now? Yes Before I started doing that my back and hips hurt so bad it was exhausting. Walking with a cane or holding on to something most of the time. Now, I am better. I have always known the cold weather was hard on me, this was the longest cold snap in this area for decades, actually thought about selling my home and moving into assisted living. NOW, I think I will survive.
