Hello Marilyn,

Thank you for sharing the little things you did to keep yourself healthy. I admire that you have the discipline to keep yourself so active and healthy for many years.

I am sorry that you are going through a rough period. Losing a husband of 59 years is a big loss, and even after a few years, there isn't a day where you don't forget about him or wishing he is still alive and by your side.

It's good that you are in therapy and making sure that you stay ahead and moving forward. In a way, you regain a life where you can pursue anything you like, and perhaps cultivate a new hobby. The perks of being single.

I hope the hip surgery is successful and you have less pain after that. I hope you live with ease and gaining peace in life. God bless.

Thank you for those hopeful words. Unfortunately at my age almost all of my contemporaries are either dead or almost. In five minutes I am going to view a funeral of one of my oldest friends. My hip is doing well, thank you. And I am going on a cruise with a younger friend (female) in May.
