Hello @tos and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I found an existing discussion where members are no longer taking Lyrica and discussing withdrawal, so you will notice I have moved your post here:

I do not know where you live but maybe you can find something similar to the Twin Cities Pain Clinic in MN - not all pain clinics are the same - but I have a pain patch that takes the edge off and I still use ice/heat/Tylenol.
