My doctor also said he zapped the nerves, so I asked him why I have so much pain. He said my pain would’ve been worse without it. Geez. 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately that’s what I was thinking! I already have Gabapentin at home and 800mg Ibuprofen. I took Hydromorphone when my neck collapsed to get through the day. Once I had that surgery, I took it for a few days and then didn’t need it anymore. Couldn’t take Ibuprofen for a year afterward they said because it interferes with the bone fusion process. Sounds like people can take it after lung surgery so that will be a bonus! I think that works so much better than opioids. They don’t work on me, most of them anyway, and I don’t want to be drugged and groggy.
Thanks for the info!
