Hi Myfeet. Sorry that nothing seems to be working for you. I can barely walk and have been distressed for 5 years. Stimulators have been around for a long time. Be very careful. Have you tried creams that have been compounded for neuropathy? They can provide some relief. It is very rare for someone to find something that eliminates all or most of the pain. Keep us up to date on your decision and how it turns out. Good luck.

How do you go about getting a compounding cream made? What type of doctor??

I was on a lidocaine 5% cream when my neuropathy was in my toes, along with Gabapentin. Then the neuropathy spread to the whole foot so made no sense to use a tube or more a night on each foot. The pain is only there for about 45 minutes when I go to bed, so I'm used to it now so stimulator is out of the question. But I do see a doctor next month for a follow up. I have very mild symptoms during the day. An occasional flare up, but nothing I can't deal with.
