What Triggers Coughing Up Blood?

We are facing a triple treat right now -pollen from the blooming trees, dust from the changing Spring winds, and smoke from the farmers burning the sugar cane before harvest...I'm thinking of investing in wrap-around sunglasses like my teen-aged nephews wear to protect my eyes.

Yes, me too.....wrap around sunglasses.
I understand they are good also when you have the dry eye diagnosis and that I have...dry eye. Dry eye is pretty common the longer we have been subjected to everything....including being on computers and staring at the screen(s). Blink, blink, blink. Ha.
