I have just been diagnosed with Neuroendocrine cancer, and currently have no symptoms. It is metastatic, and lanreotide is the recommendation to slow or stop further growth. Not sure what to do?

I had pancreatic surgery in February. Have metastases in liver. Just had my first Lanreotide injection on March 13. Nausea and vomiting, diarhea the first day. BM about 4-5 times ( after every meal basically), but not too bad. Yes, the goal is to stop the metastatic sites from growing.
Good luck and God be with you!
