Hello, I am new to this site. Seventeen months ago I was in a car accident that changed my life forever. Suffered two broken bones and found out I have ostoprosis. I am under a pain management doctor that has helped me greatly. First of all he is a wonderful christian man whom I trust! I am sixty four and lack one more year before I can retire due to health insurance. I also suffer from servere depression. It is all I can do to work eight hours and pray that my master will make a way. I can't afford not to work and I can't get medicare until I am 65. I am considering the pain stimulator. Just had the nerves burned so I'm praying that will help. Therefore if you know the Lord as your personal savor I am pleading that you will join me in prayer and asked to Lord to help. As I read the posts I realize there are so many that are suffering, I will remember you as well. Sometimes in life we have limits where we can help someone. What we can do is Pray to the one that has no limits.

I join you in prayer, Donna. I prayed for you today, and I prayed for all of us suffering from the pain of incurable conditions. On my toughest days, I take inspiration from [St.] Paul, who continued his relentless, tireless evangelism, tho his prayer for relief from his side pain went unanswered. God's grace was sufficient for Paul, and I pray it will be for each of us as well, until we're delivered. Thank you for your inspiring post, Donna ! - Your sister in Christ Jesus, Linda

Prayer first always! You are in a situation to have to trust the LORD for help. But it will come and read about nutrients that help your condition as well. Some damage can slowly heal with proper nutrition. We are what we eat. I myself do take 100 mg gabapentin at bedtime after using the tens unit for 40 minutes. Brings me much relief. I'm 77 year old with nerve irritation due to CKD.
