I have had 8 compression fractures and have been on the AlgeCal regiment for 4 years. Dexa has improved but fractures are occurring at a more rapid rate every 6 months. Hoped Kevin Ellis' program would be the next step but from what I've read here I'm concerned about the lack of science too. I don't want to go on medication. Tymelos is what is being recommend my several doctors and I'm worried that it's only been on the market for 6 years. Being on steroids approximately 15 years ago is the reason my osteoporosis is so severe. I will listen to his podcasts. Thanks for the comments.

I had a terrible experience with Forteo, which I believe is Tymelos. I wish I could post pictures here of the severe drug reaction that swelled my legs to the point that they were distorted and a rash that was worse than being thrown into a fire ant pit.
Since then, I have been taking a collagen peptide called fortibone. Research it on Google Scholar. I just had a dexi and have put bone mass back on my hips and femoral head. Unfortunately, I lost more on my spine.
