Bone Coach - How do you know it works?
I have seen several people here joined Bone Coach. How do you know your osteoperosis is better. The testimonials talk about general health improving which adherence to any healthy diet may have done the same.
There is no science shown. It's pricey but worth it if it works.

Sheilad1. What is the Bone Coach costs by level? Do they share anything different than Keith McCormick DC books?
Just listen to his podcasts. They’re free.
If you do buy it don’t pay more than $250.
What weighted vest do you use (can you provide a link please)?
Whose podcasts?
I have had 8 compression fractures and have been on the AlgeCal regiment for 4 years. Dexa has improved but fractures are occurring at a more rapid rate every 6 months. Hoped Kevin Ellis' program would be the next step but from what I've read here I'm concerned about the lack of science too. I don't want to go on medication. Tymelos is what is being recommend my several doctors and I'm worried that it's only been on the market for 6 years. Being on steroids approximately 15 years ago is the reason my osteoporosis is so severe. I will listen to his podcasts. Thanks for the comments.
‘Bone Coach’ Kevin Ellis
Helpful to know a bit more of what the Bone Coach program offers. Thank you for your comments.
Good advice. I am bothered by the lack of anything on Bone Coach on Google Scholar, let alone just regular googling. But he does make reference to Dr. McCormick's videos and information and other doctor names even in the email regarding his program.
I am curous about the material as a stand-alone without the coaching. Can you comment?
