I am 68. You are always too young to have Prostate cancer!
I was diagnosed in August of 2021 and I'm 58.
I'm 60, blood work in mid 2021, psa was 22+, psa in late 2022 32+. ( a little history) cold turkey stopped smoking after 40 years in early 2021, Dr told me lets recheck psa in a few months, my procrastination I didnt go back to recheck for a year +. Yes MY fault. anywho after a MRI and Biopsy in early 2023. 6/7 are the Gleason score's pretty much thruout . Acouple of leisons detected too. This is all new territory for me so please forgive my ignorance. I pray for everyone in this fight.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that the cancer spread after the treatment. My psa was at 0.11 in December and recently it was .03 in early March. I was unable to tolerate the side effects of the ADT and stopped after one round. I am hopeful that the psa will remain low. I have no idea if and when they will perform the pet scan again? Hang in there and don't lose faith!
61. Had PSA of 6 at 55.
Waited and watched PSA rise to 17 January of this year then did one and only biopsy. Fusion MRI. 4 out of 12 positive. Low amounts of grade 4. 3 Cores 3+4, one 4+3. Sole 4+3 is less than 10%.
Proton therapy scheduled to start tomorrow.
