Anyone have any nebulizer recommendations?

I bought my nebulizer from saveritemedical.com. It is an AeroEclipse XL, made by the same company as the Aerobika. The US supplier of both is Monaghan. Monaghan has customer service folks who have always been helpful with my questions. What I like about the AeroEclipse XL is that it's breath actuated. You can set it to produce the mist continuously like other nebulizers OR only when you inhale. I feel I get far more of the medication and/or saline this way, since it's not misting when I exhale or take a brief break to cough or take a drink. It can also be attached to the Aerobika, so you are getting saline while using the flutter valve. It must be replaced every 6 mos. and I paid $15 for it. I bought two to avoid paying postage again in 6 mos. I finally also bought their compresssor, the Ombra, because it has the correct flow and pressure requirement for the AeroEclipse XL. Good luck with all the choices. Donna T

New here with BE but in the category of learning how to avoid NTM. Upped my game and purchased what you did, the Ombra, AeroEclipse XL and Aerobika. 7% saline is the only thing I neb. Time consuming, plus cleaning & sterilizing. Clearance perhaps a bit better than Innospire Go but jury still out.

Philips stopped making the Innospire Go. People returned them for replacement because they stopped working. The fix for non-working device is easy. Wipe the gold contacts with an alcohol pad (on the handheld piece) and it'll keep working. That doesn't solve the replace the head every year advice, though.

Pari makes a portable called Velox, available in Europe only. Maybe available in US in awhile as there is a market need but no plans now. Pari also makes eFlow. Looks amazing and gets great reviews by users. Last time I looked it was $800+. Gulp. If the cleaning is straight forward I might spring for it.
