I don't know exactly. but doctor says overuse of the hand and the fact that I have arthritis everywhere, i.e., feet, hands, fingers, neck, spine.

I also suffer from osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.
It was surprising to me to discover certain foods cause flares. As I compile a list of foods that I like but don’t like me I have suffered from fewer flares and more almost normal days.
