I think many of us understand what another is feeling and /or going through is this situation of post Covid. I’ve found that often we know more than some doctors at this point. I feel despair at times but I can tell you that gradually I find myself pulling out of some of it. I think age and overall health has a lot to do with how quickly we recover. I am 67 and have had poor health throughout much of my life so I think I’ve had a slow go of it. It’s crucial to stay in as good overall health as possible getting enough sleep, nutritious meals and exercise, even if it’s just a little. Being able to pass information along to others in the same boat is so important as is staying optimistic although it is hard at times. Being around positive people is crucial for me as is filling my head with encouraging material. I realize everyone is different with different needs. I’m speaking strictly for myself in hopes of helping someone else. I am quoting another member when I say “we are all in this together”.

Thank you you've got this Poppy!

I've managed to stay as healthy as possible which is why this has shocked me. Thank you my family are definitely positive, and it's great to be able to sound off my feelings and thoughts with strangers. I feel I can be more open about how I feel. My 7 year old daughter is currently very clingy with husband and frightened so I can never really give the full story to him, as she'll notice ant reactions he has. He is an absolute star though and to know he's at home with our two girls for as long as we need means I'm not panicking to rush anything
