Does anyone find that a type of shoe helps your foot neuropathy?
I am on a constant quest for shoes that don't kill my feet due to the neuropathy. I find that Spencos and Wolky shoes seem the best. Are there any other suggestions? Shoes can be just crippling for me. Horrid.

Have you by chance found a sandal with the similar cushion/foam comfort and support that Skechers has? I need adjustable straps to make sure my ankles have the best support. Most sandals I’ve found in any brand that’s not a hard bottom are strapless, and I know I wouldn’t be able to step in them properly or safely, nor would I be able to drive without straps securing my sandals in place. I appreciate your ideas, as I’m not sure if the Skechers sandals I see online are cushiony like the Skechers Ghent slip resistant slip-on shoes I can only wear currently.
Agree with Sketchers being comfortable! I have to use wide though due to my bunions. Pcp told me to buy wide shoes 👞 👟 instead of expensive surgery. Grateful to him for that!
I have found sandals to bring a good deal of relief. In my case, Finn Comfort sandals (Made in Germany) are available on-line from various suppliers here in the US. Or, they may be dealer in your area..When I do were shoes, I remove the insole from the sandals and place it into the shoe.
I switch off between Hoka's running shoes, Sketchers massage shoes and Birkenstock sandles and shoes. I find each has their own advantages/disadvantages, but taken together and swithching between all of them every few days has helped me. It's not a cure, but it does offer some help.
As yet never tried their sandaks, know wgat uou mean about security around your ankles - I did see Clarks on the shopping channel were showing some sandals that had wonderful closures - try and check them out - I need the same sort of sandal as yourself - good luck!
Michael 149. I wear Cherokee type slippers with a soul and they're so comfortable I was very difficult size to find very narrow so the others probably won't work but I think I'll look into it so nice to know somebody else has a weird how weird but needs a nice comfortable shoe thank you p
thank you for the hug dear-right back at you-Michael S
I have 4 pairs of Sketchers size 46 wide. It is the ONLY shoe that is comfortable.
In addition, I have 2 pairs of Birkenstock.
I wear my sketchers outside the house and the Birkenstocks around the house.
This is my saving grace!
@lorirenee1 I have 3 pairs of Hoka Bondi 7s I rotate with as I walk 3-6 miles every day at work and my Neuropathy is in my feet. They are much better than the dress shoes I used to wear before. They have a thick sole and good cushioning. I am going to try the Bondi 8 next.
I have chemo-induced neuropathy and have found Orthofeet to be comfortable. I order online and they have a 60 return policy.
