Thank you! I was just diagnosed last year. Just prayer, exercise & Gabapentin so far. GABA helps a lot with sensory issues/pain. Twitching, mild weakness, cramping in feet and lower legs more than hands & arms, certainly disrupt my life! Remembering to appreciate the here and now and leaving the rest to my Lord & Savior brings me peace & hope on good and bad days!

I agree I found myself spiraling down mentally when I was first diagnosed with Progressive Peripheral Neuropathy and Mayo Clinic said there was no cure and they really didn’t know where it came from which left me feeling really hopeless. But God , praying and keeping my mind on the positive. The fact it could be worse and I am still here . Thank you so much for your encouraging words and positivity because you definitely have to find it when you are dealing with an ailment like this.
