Stage 4 is metastatic. Where has it spread?

As encouragement, I've been living with Stage 4 metastatic lung cancer since my diagnosis at the end of September 2020, so two and a half years. Mine metastasized to my brain, and I'm still recovering from the side effects of the brain surgery. But I do physical therapy exercises and stretches almost every day. My therapists, and my neurologist, expect me to be back to my former physical self by the end of this year. Attitude is everything. I'm not an injured cancer survivor. I'm a recovering athlete! Keep moving and keep the faith.

My prayers are with you. I have stage 4 Squamous Cell, Non small cell lung cancer right lung only that spread to my liver. I have a great team that has kept me going now for 2 yrs. there are alot of different treatments to keep us going, keep as positive as you can. there will be days you want to just stay in bed don't beat yourself up for it your body is needing the rest. I was scared to death when I found out also, but this site was here for me and they will help you through this. please don't think that this is the end. your life style may change alittle but you get use to it. keep eating as much as you want to. Boost nutrition drink is my best friend mix it in a blender with ice and ice cream umm.
stay positive the lord is with us all.
