I got COVID 8 months ago. The doctor diagnoses me asthma and give me Symbicort 160/4.5 twice a day. The symptom of shortness of breath comes and goes but is always here. The lung function test shows abnormality. Anyway, I started running 15 minutes a day now and hope excursive can bring my life back.
