Hello @larry4343. I went to my PCP and brought that excellent medical article on PN that you had referenced. I saw his MSN, APRN, FNP-BC (I once knew what all those abbreviations meant), and she's very good. She correlated my recent increased PN symptoms to concurrent recurring low spine pain and recommended PT before taking new meds, such as alpha lipoic acid. I hadn't considered lumbar symptoms in connection with PN symptoms. She hadn't seen the article and accepted it from me to read.
