I never had injections for it. That would have helped.

PF is super painful, I agree. I'm glad the exercises worked for you!

I rarely have flare ups now that the inflammation went down and I started wearing better shoes (arch support).

I am happy for you. I have never been told about the better shoes, so I will be checking on that. My shoes
are the el-cheapo's from China. Flat bottom's seem to
cause me to think that the heel is sinking too low.
When I wear my diabetic shoes that feeling will not be there. Arch supports sounds great.
