Plantar Fasciitis: How did you get rid of it?

PF is really painful. I thought I had a heel spur but the
foot Doctor did the cortisone injection and called it PF.
After that, checking on the internet I found exercises to do for relief. The best for me was;
Face a wall, raise the hands and lean on the wall and then raise the body and stand on the toes for a count of
one to ten, stop and repeat 3 or four times.
I did this twice daily until the pain quit. I have not had an episode since.
There are other exercises to do also. Check it out on the internet.

I never had injections for it. That would have helped.

PF is super painful, I agree. I'm glad the exercises worked for you!

I rarely have flare ups now that the inflammation went down and I started wearing better shoes (arch support).
