Michelle, my main symptom was developing a really severe pain in the stomach. It came on suddenly during the night. However this was many months after I had been suffering acid reflux that was not being helped by a proton pump inhibitor medication. Following this and the stomach pain I was referred for tests including an endescope and subsequently prescribed a very high level of Domperidone that was gradually reduced to a maintenance level. This relieved both the reflux and the stomach pain. Today I am stomach pain free and mostly acid reflux free. Before being placed on Domperidone I had some heart tests including an ECG as Domperidone is not used for people with long QT syndrome. I hope you find a solution that works for your problem.
